We have a BRAND NEW video for you this week. You'll never guess who stopped by the studio (i.e. our house) this week to make a special appearance. He promised to get here any which way he could, and true to his word, came riding up on a pale horse with no name, and even brought a guest with him. We are seeking funding for our 8th film, I LOVE YOU BECAUSE, based upon a play written by local playwright, Thomas J. Kline. I LOVE YOU BECAUSE is a wonderful story which chronicles the journey of Natalie and Kevin as they experience the ups and downs of pregnancy. Part drama, part comedy, I LOVE YOU BECAUSE touches on the universal themes of what it means to love someone, happiness, fear, and that it's ok to ask for help once in awhile!
And we aren't asking you to donate your money to the film without investing our own. We've saved up for a long time to purchase cameras, lighting and other equipment and an editing program, so we've got all of that covered, and as a result are living on Ramen noodles and ketchup. The money we are asking for will go to paying our actors and feeding them, to pay musicians so we can use their songs in the film, location rentals and set construction. Jason and I are not making a dime off this campaign, the money is to insure that we can pay the artists working on I LOVE YOU BECAUSE what they deserve for their hard work.
